How do I create a new routine?
Tap the "+" button on the main screen to create a new routine. Give it a name, then add steps by tapping "Add Step". For each step, you can set a title, duration, and optional description.

How do Live Activities work?
When you start a routine, Rotinely automatically shows your progress in the Dynamic Island (on supported iPhones) and on your Lock Screen. You'll see the current step and remaining time without needing to open the app.

Can I use Rotinely on multiple devices?
Yes! Enable iCloud sync in your device settings to keep your routines synced across all your Apple devices. Go to Settings → [Your Name] → iCloud and make sure Rotinely is enabled.

How do I restore my subscription?
Open Rotinely, go to Settings, and tap "Restore Purchases". Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used for the original purchase. If you're still having issues, please contact us.

How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through the App Store. Go to Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions on your iPhone, find Rotinely, and tap "Cancel Subscription". You'll continue to have access until the end of your billing period.

Is my data private?
Absolutely. All your routine data is stored locally on your device and in your private iCloud account. We don't have access to your data and never share it with third parties. Read our Privacy Policy for more details.

What happens if I delete the app?
If you delete Rotinely, all locally stored data will be removed. However, if you have iCloud sync enabled, your routines will be saved in your iCloud account and restored when you reinstall the app.

The app isn't working properly. What should I do?
First, try closing and reopening the app. If the issue persists, try restarting your device. Make sure you're running the latest version of Rotinely and iOS. If you're still experiencing problems, please contact us with details about the issue.
